  • Click on the product image
  • A detail page about that item will appear, providing a full description including size, price, unit of measure and personalization information (if applicable)

To add multiple items to your Shopping Cart:

  • Click the "Select" box on the item(s) you wish to purchase
  • Enter the quantity you want to order in the quantity box
  • Click on the "Buy All Selected!" button

My item is out of stock. What can I do?

We make every effort to maintain accurate inventory information online and to prevent out-of-stock items. However, due to the volume of orders we receive and the variety of ordering methods available to our customers, it is possible for items to sell out before we are able to fill all pending orders. Should your order contain an item or items which are out-of-stock, one of the following two procedures will be followed:

  • If the majority of your order is in-stock, we will ship the available merchandise to you and notify you of the out-of-stock items. Our final charge to your credit card reflects only the items you receive, and you will not be charged for any out-of-stock items. We do not place items on backorder, but you can place a new order when new shipments are received.
  • If more than 1/2 of your order is out-of-stock, we will contact you by email or phone to get your specific instructions regarding the order.

If you're receiving a message that your cart is empty, it's usually because your browser is unable to accept cookies. The quick way to fix this is to check your browser setting and enable your cookies.

Shipping to an alternate address if you are logged in:

  • Select "Ship to Another Address" on the Checkout screen and click on the "Continue Checkout" button
  • Your address book with your current list of addresses will appear
  • If you see the shipping address you would like to use, click on the "Use This Address" button
  • If the shipping address is not in your address book, click on the "Add New Address" button
  • Complete the address form and click on the "submit" button
  • Canadian customers must have the same billing and shipping addresses.

Shipping to an alternate address if you are not logged in:

  • Select the shipping option "My ship to address is different from my bill to address" from the billing address form
  • Complete the shipping information and click on the "submit" button

There are two ways to update your membership:

  • You can access your account by clicking on "My Account" Link located in the left side navigation. You can then log in to the site and click on "Change Billing Information", this will link you to your membership info. You can then update your information. Be sure to click on "Submit" to save your changes
  • You can also edit your membership info during the checkout process. You may click on the "Edit Address Book" link at that time. You can then update your information. Be sure to click on "Submit" to save your changes. This option is not available for Canadian customers.
