How do I change my order after I have checked out?
If you have checked out (submitted your order after credit card information has been entered), you can process a change to an order by submitting a request via email: Customer Service Request.

Note: The ability to process a change is based on the status of the order. Orders that have advanced to the fulfillment process cannot have items added or removed.
Promotion Not Applied
If you are ordering from a catalog that offers a promotion, you can enter the key code in the field labeled key code when you check out. (Key codes are located in a purple box near your name and address on the back of the cover of a catalog).
If you are responding to an email campaign offering a promotion, you can link to the site using the links in the email or enter the key code listed in the email.

I did not get free freight. What do I do?
- If you are ordering from a catalog that offers free shipping, you can enter the keycode in the field labeled keycode during check out. (Keycode numbers are in a purple box of the catalog' s back cover near your name and address.)

Airmail
There are two types of destinations which require Airmail delivery to ensure the timely arrival of your order. Because of the extra expense of Airmail shipments, shipping charges are higher than for ground delivery within the continental US.
- All packages to APO/FPO addresses are shipped via Airmail to ensure the fastest possible delivery. Airmail packages receive priority handling by the USPS for delivery to the APO/FPO system, and also receive priority within the APO/FPO system as they are forwarded to their final destination. While some packages shipped ground may arrive promptly, other packages may be delayed by days or weeks within the APO/FPO system. We find that the delays and uncertainty are unacceptable to most of our customers. Airmail provides the fastest possible delivery to an APO/FPO address, and we use it for all online orders.
- Most packages shipped to Alaska, Hawaii and US Territories are shipped Airmail. Standard ground delivery to these destinations can take up to 21 business days, while Airmail provides delivery in 7-10 business days. Therefore, we use Airmail as our basic delivery method to these destinations. (In some cases, a faster delivery may also be available at an extra charge.)

How do I ship to an address that's different from my billing address?
Shipping to an alternate address if you are already logged in:
- Select 'Ship to Another Address' on the Checkout screen and click on the 'Continue Checkout' button
- Your address book with your current list of addresses will appear
- If you see the shipping address you would like to use, click on the 'Use This Address' button
- If the shipping address is not in your address book, click on the 'Add New Address' button
- Complete the address form and click on the 'submit' button
