General Certificates of Conformity Information
The Consumer Product Safety Improvement Act of 2008 ("CPSIA") has many provisions including limits on lead levels and phthalates, tracking label requirements and General Certificates of Conformity (GCC's). The GCC requirement pertains to applicable items manufactured on or after November 12, 2008. Fun Express makes GCC's available upon request to distributors or retailers for items purchased. To obtain a GCC for an item purchased, please contact your sales professional or send us an email at productsafety@funexpress.com.
